Videographer course

A camera operator is one of the main participants of the cinema process, directly responsible for the visual solution of the film or TV-project. Working on the realization of the director’s conceptual and artistic idea the cameraman-story-maker gives each frame the necessary mood and atmosphere through the correctly chosen lighting, shooting angle and composition.

Our program is designed for those who wish to professionally master the art of videomaking and learn the craft of camerawork.
The knowledge you acquire can be applied in film, advertising, video blogs, commercials.

Learning Outcome

As a result of the videographer course, students will learn the technical and creative side of video shooting.
They will learn the techniques of shooting in the studio and on location.
Learn camera settings and practical shooting techniques.
Learn to work with light in the studio, indoors and outdoors.
At the end of training, students receive a certificate of successful course completion.

Course structure

In addition to theoretical knowledge, our most important emphasis is practice.
During the practical sessions, students gain invaluable experience on a real film set (studio, premise, exterior) by participating in the creation of fellow students’ projects at each stage of their preparation and shooting.
Students create their own video clips and commercials using professional HD cameras, light sources and playback equipment.
We invite artists, actors, dancers, models who will take part in the students’ video works.
Students also have the opportunity to visit the technical rentals, in order to get acquainted with the most modern film equipment.
